This website describes general service capabilities and estimated pricing. It does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or make every service appropriate for every project. Content may be updated for accuracy or clarity.
Project agreements
Specific project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, price, payment terms, revision process, launch requirements, and ongoing support will be described in a written quote, proposal, statement of work, or other agreement accepted before work begins. That project-specific agreement controls if it differs from these general terms.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required access, and content or materials they have the right to use. Delays in access, content, approvals, or third-party decisions may affect the schedule.
Changes in scope
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, schedule, or separate approval. No additional billable work should be assumed solely because a request was discussed.
Third-party products and services
Websites may rely on hosting providers, domain registrars, content systems, plugins, APIs, payment providers, or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are controlled by those providers. Any important third-party dependency should be identified during project planning where reasonably possible.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, pre-existing materials, client content, third-party components, and reusable tools will be addressed in the project agreement. Clients retain responsibility for ensuring their supplied materials may lawfully be used.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used to support unlawful activity, infringement, malicious code, fraud, unauthorized access, or content that violates an agreed platform or provider policy.
No unsupported guarantees
Professional care will be applied to agreed work, but specific search rankings, traffic, sales, uninterrupted operation, or results controlled by customers or third parties are not guaranteed unless expressly included in writing.
